We use leading technologies to safeguard any sensitive data and encryption software to protect any card details you submit and keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it. We will NEVER pass on your details to any third parties and we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

We collect information about you for two reasons; firstly to process your order, and second to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can query the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If there are any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

To further protect our customers, in January 2008, the Motorcycle Clothing Centre will be introducing 3D-Secure payments. 3D Secure is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the shopper at the time of the transaction. This therefore protects the card holder from identity theft.
